They are involved in planting training centers that will be facilities on tribal land where Native Americans can intern short-term or long-term.

Kiha Pimental is a dedicated leader, coach, and builder with a strong passion for missions. As the Worker Supervisor at FMI, he leads the Training, Deployment, and Care (TDC) team, overseeing 400 global workers. With over 25 years of experience as a Positive Coaching Alliance Trainer, he empowers coaches, parents, and leaders to help athletes reach their full potential. He believes that the most successful athletes are grounded in Jesus and inspired by the power of the Holy Spirit.
